Please note that even though a For Sale sign is on this cabin it is not the actual cabin that will be sold.  This cabin is used as a model for the "Cabot Condo Unit" for Out of the Box Innovations Company.   You are invited and encouraged to schedule an appointment to tour the unit.  The price for this unit is $29,000.00 and completion times will vary depending on the shop schedule.

The octagon building package shown above was custom designed and manufactured by Out of the Box Innovations for one of the America's premier horse breaders in Cabot Arkansas.  This building design was manufactured using only the finest materials such as Kynar finished panels and acrylic paint on the structure.  The roof covers a horse exerciser and this cover now allows the owner to exercise his horses during times of foul weather.  The price for this structure is less than one may think but due to the unit being custom manufactured the price will vary depending on each building's specifications.  Please email us for a free quote for a structure that will suit your needs.
